Butter: The washing process is applied after kneading the cream of cow milk and removing the water left behind. It is produced by using completely natural methods with its own taste and temperament. It does not contain salt.
Curd: It is a tasty kind of cheese having a low rate of oil and salt which is produced from the residual water obtained from cheese production by baking it until 90-950C and removing its casein and lactose content. It is suitable for use during breakfasts and in making flaky pastry stuffs like börek and poğaça.
