All products are packed in healthy packages for which production licenses have been acquired under vacuum in fully automatic packaging machines. They are protected in the environments of + 2, +6 0C.

There are 2 laboratories. All the raw materials (raw milk, ferments, salt, packs, etc) are inspected by analyses according to the entrance control plans and lots conforming to the specifications are accepted. On the other hand, the products are presented to the market after physical, chemical and microbiological analyses performed again in the direction of the latest control plan.
